(We can admit it: we're bad at updating.)

A Quick July Update   2006-07-17

We are currently editing together our ninth project, Seconds of Pleasure - which is about the process of capturing emotion on film - but keep getting side-tracked for various reasons.

March Notes   2006-04-18

1. The new 7-minute short PANIC is finished after six months of shooting and reshooting and editing and re-editing (because, let's admit it, we're lazy and easily distracted).

2. Instead of working on one EP, we're now in the midst of three separate EPs (because, let's admit it, we're rock stars).

3. We're already putting together the pieces for a documentary to be shot in multiple countries and continents (because, let's admit it, our ambition overwhelms our talent).

Buy A Shirt, Support Our Habit   2005-09-01

We have designed several t-shirts of filmmakers and actors we admire [link dead temporarily]. Nearly all of them are hand drawn by Matthew Lotti. All profits from the sale of the t-shirts will go towards purchasing new equipment. We're DIY like that.

Aren't Things Lovely In June?   2005-06-23

Honorable thank yous to those that attended the showing on Saturday. Those of you that stayed earned a special place in our hearts. Those that left would probably like to get back to their reruns of "Desperate Housewives" or that hot new reality show on ABC, "Liberal Guilt," wherein 10 lucky bleeding heart Americans are dropped off in Calcutta, given a bag of rice and have to decide, Sophie's Choice style, which kids to feed and which to starve. Oh the humanity! (More experiments and short films and photo-taking to follow in the next few months.)

May 2005 Memo   2005-05-07

Now that we've officially acquired an electric guitar, we've been disturbing the neighbors and Matt's Grandmother with crashing guitar noise and questionable lyrics. We're slowly but surely building to the release of our first EP, titled "Your Lust" - inspired by British girls, Catholic girls, Estonian girls and breakfast cereal - which we'll post for download by the end of the Summer after much mixing and tweaking and obligatory picture taking (which is all we're good for, really). Creepy public performance pieces, several newly formed businesses and mass anarchy will follow in September. These are not threats, these are promises.

March 2005 Update   2005-03-07

When not completely intoxicated or running from concert to bar to theater to 3rd world country, we're busy finishing up some 2004 films that were left over, namely the infamous New Flesh diptych. We are currently planning productions for the next few months (including a short about a much-maligned animal species and a series of shorts relating to orgone energy) that have us very excited. Everyone that had anything to do with Protection will receive their copies of the film in DVD format around November 2005 (sorry about the delay). We anticipate the showing of What I Need To Live, a new wave public service announcement, sometime in the next couple of months.

In Production   2004-11-09

We are in the midst of production of our seventh film, which is also our first full-length feature film (titled Protection). We expect to complete production by the end of November, and complete post-production by the end of December to meet our January 1st deadline. Excitement abounds.

Three Institutions Premiere   2004-08-05

Our first trilogy of short films will be shown at the Wired Gallery at 79 West Market Street in Bethlehem, PA on August 20th at 6:30 PM. Admission is free, booze is plentiful, and dilettantes are welcome.  More info »
